JBI is fantastic!! My original fence was installed with the building of my home four years ago.Last week, I noticed that the hinge on my gate post was broken. The weld on the hardware broke free. I called/texted JBI (sent them a picture) of the issue.They immediately got back with me, and put me in contact with Steve. Steve said he would drop by- take a look at it -and give me an estimate.Not only did Steve come by as promised, but he fixed my hinge right on the spot and did not charge me. He said sometimes these things happen (talking about the weld just breaking free)These guys are fantastic!! They do great work. They are very professional and I will definitely use them again.I am going to tell everybody I know to use JBI if they ever need a fence, deck, screened-in porch or whatever else.These guys are great!!

If there were more than five stars I would give them all. I tried another company and JBI gave me a better quote, the customer service was friendly and timely and the work was done beautifully. My four year old is free to roam..call them today!

Amazing fence and fantasprive it was done in two days and they even came out after the storm to get it done… wow… I was able to mail a check and it was so easy with a great invoice and communication… the fence is beautiful and exactly what I wanted!’n so professional the crew and cleaned up after the installation.
